Innovation Made in Germany ñ with the new M-Series, Meinl is revolutionizing the production of its B20 bronze basins. After five years of development, the traditional company is producing the new cymbal series completely computer-aided in its German cymbal factory in Gutenstetten, Franconia, bringing the sound tradition of high-quality musical cymbals into a new era.

This marks a new milestone in computer-controlled cymbal production. The company, founded in 1951, proves once again how much innovative drive can be worthwhile. First and foremost not only for the company itself, which took on a very big development challenge, but above all for the drummers who benefit from the ultimate sound consistency of the new M-Series.

Hand-hammered cymbals made of B20 bronze are already established on the market. They cover the upper class of the pelvic segment. Meinl is considered a high-tech company in the industry. Although B20 cymbals are also traditionally handcrafted in our own factory in Turkey, the heart of the company is the production in Gutenstetten, which is considered the most modern in the world for the production of high-quality musical cymbals. Alloys such as brass, FX9, B8, B10 and B12 bronze have been processed into professional music cymbals here for many years. Ultimately, B20 bronze should now also be processed here, which has not yet been possible.
