There are many manufacturers who equip their modeling amplifiers with famous vintage sounds. Ibanez, on the other hand, is the only manufacturer that offers you this variety of legendary sounds, as well as a large number of modern rock and metal sounds in just one amp . Clean and crunchy sounds are by no means neglected in MIMX. It is a versatile, well thought-out modeling amp that is second to none.

There are 11 basic sounds available in MIMX. You can fall back on clean, British, American and Ibanez's own high gain sound "Psycho". It left nothing to be desired.

The 11 amp simulations are complemented by the versatile MIMX effects section. There are a total of 13 different effects available, three of which can be used simultaneously: Chorus , Flanger , Vibrato , Delay , Echo , Hall or Room Reverb . The optionally available foot switch expands this range to include five additional options: Volume , Ring Modulator , Auto Resonance, WahWah and Pitch Shift . A chromatic tuner is also integrated.

The MIMX is innovative thanks to its integrated "Rhythm Machine": 50 different rhythms with programmable speed and volume from the areas of rock, metal, hip hop, Latin and much more are available at the push of a button.
