Description
Based on the classic cut of the Forestone Filed reeds, the new BLACK BAMBOO reeds offer a completely new material mix with carbon content. Furthermore, the leaves are modified by hand using a special process.
The new material has a significant impact on the playing characteristics. The blade becomes stiffer, which makes it more resistant and thus corresponds to a blade with a thicker heart or harder wood. This results in a higher dynamic range, high notes are more stable, subtones are easier to achieve and experienced musicians can play in a much more nuanced manner.
